What's Changed: The Fuel & Convenience station opened on April 15th and final masonry work was installed on the fuel pricing fixture.

KidsUNITED officially opens its doors today. This launch brings a major win for youth athletics in Celina with specialized soccer development programs for kids ages 1.5-9.

We are in the final countdown. Construction is finished and the team is currently on-site for final stocking and orientation.

All4Celina is officially opening on May 1st within Heritage Business Park. The 10,000-square-foot facility will offer specialized tumbling, gymnastics, cheer, and ninja classes for ages 3 and up.

Located on the McKinney/Celina border directly across from Mustang Lakes, TBT Gym is currently targeting a mid-May debut. Ownership expects to provide a confirmed opening date during the first week of May.

The exterior and interior are effectively complete. However, the opening date was pushed back to mid May as crews finish utility-related concrete patches on the main driveway.

Early Intel & Site Updates
What We Know: Blue perimeter fencing has officially been installed at the southeast corner of Preston and Ownsby. This marks the transition from “permitting” to active site mobilization for the highly anticipated 110,000 sqft. EōS Fitness facility.
What to Watch: The dirt hasn’t moved just yet, but the arrival of the blue fence is the “starting gun” for construction. This confirms that mass grading and foundation prep are the immediate next steps for the 2027-slated mega-gym.
What We Know: Infrastructure is entering a high-visibility phase at the 24-acre Preston Crossroads development (NEC of Preston & Frontier). Recent site activity confirms a two-phase rollout:
What to Watch: The northern retail and dining pads are moving at a faster pace, currently on track for a late 2026 delivery. The southern portion of the site remains in the foundational stage, aligning with a projected 2027 opening.
What We Know: The retail mix along Preston continues to expand with two new visual updates this week:
What to Watch: We’re anticipating an early Q3 opening for Priism Golf Studio as they finish the interior buildout, install the equipment, and pass their final inspections. Celina Nail Lounge is on pace for a mid-late Q3 opening as the building shell at Celina Summit Crossing is nearing completion and preparing for interior construction.

As much as I love visiting these sites and interacting with local owners, I haven’t quite figured out how to be in two places at once. Between a full-time job and being a dad to two kids, time is a luxury!
