The facility is a ground-up, build-to-suit project with an estimated construction cost of $4.7 million for the grocery shell alone. This location will feature Sprouts’ newest store format, emphasizing local produce, a full-service deli, and an extensive vitamins/supplements department. Its position at the Preston and Frontier intersection—one of the highest-traffic points in the city—makes it a cornerstone for the district’s retail growth.
