Located at the Southwest Corner of Preston Road and Ownsby Parkway, The Village at Ownsby Farms is a 40-acre destination retail district that serves as the western bookend to South Celina’s major commercial node. While the eastern side (The Crossing at Moore Farm) focuses on home improvement and fitness, The Village is anchored by high-volume destination retail, most notably Celina’s first Costco Wholesale. The district is designed with a “power center” layout, featuring large-format anchors in the rear and a dense lineup of premium fast-casual dining on the pad sites.

Costco Wholesale & Fuel: The 160,000 sqft. anchor and high-capacity fuel station are currently under vertical construction (Target Opening: Q4 2026), marking the largest commercial development in Celina’s history.
Academy Sports + Outdoors: A 63,000 sqft. regional anchor currently under construction (Target Opening: Q4 2026), positioned to meet the high demand for youth sports and outdoor lifestyle gear in the Celina-Prosper market.
Fast-Casual Dining Row: The district is home to a high-velocity dining lineup, including Mo’ Bettahs (Now Open), Pickleman’s Gourmet Cafe (Now Open), Torchy’s Tacos, and Bojangles (Target: April 2026).
