District Highlights
The Village at Ownsby Farms is a 40-acre retail center on the southwest corner of Preston Road and Ownsby Parkway, developed by The Seitz Group. It is anchored by Celina’s first Costco and Academy Sports + Outdoors, both open since August 2026, with Petsmart next in line on the back row.
Two multi-tenant buildings along the south end are under construction. Shops C at 3625 S. Preston Rd. is getting its masonry facade, and Shops D at 3545 S. Preston Rd. has its foundation slab poured. The Preston Road frontage is built out and open with restaurants, services, Bojangles, and PNC Bank. The Crossing at Moore Farm sits across Preston Road on the east side, and Homeplace Crossing, home to The Home Depot, is across Ownsby Parkway to the north.
