Positioned as the “Home & Health” counterpart to the retail district across the street (The Village at Ownsby Farms), this project by The Seitz Group is defined by essential services and wellness. It features Celina’s first dedicated home improvement warehouse, Lowe’s, and the massive 110,000 sqft. EoS Fitness Signature Club, integrated directly with the 420-unit Jefferson Ownsby luxury apartments.
