Project Details
GyroHaus is a new fast-casual Mediterranean concept from the owners of Celina Star Cafe. The menu will include chicken, lamb, falafel, and beef gyros, along with full plates, Greek salad, fries, hummus, and dirty sodas.
It will take the right end cap of the front strip at the Crossing at Moore Farm, the EōS Fitness-anchored development north of Lowe’s, alongside a dentist, Prime IV Hydration, Little Caesars, Crispy Cones, ATI Physical Therapy and Manny’s Tex-Mex. The owner expected to get the keys around September or October 2026 and plans a two-month buildout, but the building was still at the foundation stage in October 2026, so the opening is forecast for Q2 2027.

District Highlights
The Crossing at Moore Farm is a 37-acre retail center by The Seitz Group on the southeast corner of Preston Road and Ownsby Parkway, across Preston from The Village at Ownsby Farms. Lowe’s anchors the center and opened in January 2026, and the Preston Road pads followed with Panda Express, Chipotle, and Valvoline.
The next phase sits along Ownsby Parkway. EōS Fitness is going up directly north of Lowe’s, and a 25,280 sq. ft. shops building wrapping EōS is framing for eight tenants, from Dollar Tree to Nekter Juice Bar. A large pad at the corner is held for future retail.
