Celina Summit Crossing District Information
Celina Summit Crossing is a neighborhood retail center by Weitzman on the northeast corner of Preston Road and Glendenning Parkway. It pairs a 12,562 sq. ft. retail building with a Murphy USA fuel pad, a pond at the corner, and two pads still available for development.
The retail building delivered in spring 2026. Club Pilates opened in August and Jimmy John’s and Murphy USA in October, with T-Mobile and Celina Nail Lounge opening in November and Simpson Dental Studio forecast for Q2 2027. The 1,800 sq. ft. drive-thru end cap is at lease with a tenant that has not been named.

End Cap and Pads
The 1,800 sq. ft. drive-thru end cap is at lease with an unnamed tenant. Two pads of 1.46 and 1.11 buildable acres remain along Glendenning Parkway.
