The 436-unit project features four-story garden-style buildings designed with a focus on sustainability and modern connectivity. Unlike standard complexes, Jefferson Ownsby secured “Green” financing (C-PACE) to implement high-efficiency systems that reduce energy use by 16% and water use by 34%, translating to lower utility costs for residents. The community is walkable to the adjacent retail (Lowe’s, Chipotle, EoS Fitness) and provides direct access to the future Outer Loop corridor.
