Heritage Business Park is the operational backbone of Celina’s rapid expansion. Strategically located just east of Preston Road along North Louisiana Drive, this 58-acre district bridges the gap between retail and heavy industry. It features a master-planned collection of flex-space buildings designed for “makers and doers”—hosting fitness centers, contractors, logistics firms, and showrooms. While much of the park is currently vertical shell space awaiting tenants, it serves as the essential workshop for the growing city.
