While currently a grass field, it is fully leased and confirmed to break ground in 2026. Anchored by a Sprouts Farmers Market, the district is designed to capture the massive commuter traffic on Preston Road, filling the critical service gap between the Prosper H-E-B and Downtown Celina with essential grocery and dining.
