Project Details
Local Spirits & Wine is a planned liquor, beer, and wine store near the Dallas North Tollway, just north of Frontier Parkway. A Crossland-branded “Coming Soon” sign for the store went up on the site by October 2026. Its exact address has not been confirmed, so the map pin is approximate. Dirt work had started on the site by October 2026. A store like this takes about 10 to 12 months from groundbreaking, so the opening is forecast for Q3 2027.
