Project Details
Ewing Buick GMC is planning Celina’s first car dealership on 20 acres along Dallas Parkway, on the west side of the Dallas North Tollway north of Frontier Parkway. Celina City Council voted 7-0 on March 10, 2026, to rezone the site from commercial to planned development, after Ewing moved the project from the high-rise subzone to the suburban subzone of the city’s tollway overlay. The plans call for extensive masonry, limited branding and partial construction of Clear Creek Parkway. Ewing’s current store is in Plano. No construction timeline has been announced.
