Mac Haik Chevrolet is planning a 25-acre dealership on the east side of the Dallas North Tollway, north of Frontier Parkway and behind QuikTrip, The Bubble Bath and Truist. Celina City Council approved an amendment to the site’s planned development on June 9, 2026, after the applicant moved the project from the high-rise subzone to the suburban subzone of the city’s tollway overlay. A Chevrolet representative called it one of the brand’s flagship dealerships and a model for future locations. No construction timeline has been announced. The map pin is approximate.
