The dessert chain specializes in mango-based desserts. The building’s exterior sheathing and storefronts were going up as of October 2026, and the dessert shop’s finish-out has not started yet, so the opening is forecast for Q2 2027.

Preston Corners, the northern phase, adds Discount Tire, Arby’s, Taco Bueno and the 13,606 sq. ft. Shops A building facing Preston. Discount Tire is forecast to open in December 2026, and Sprouts in Q3 2027.
