LiveWell Animal Hospital has leased the 3,350 sq. ft. south end cap of Preston Prime Plaza, a new retail building at 1350 S. Preston Rd. next to Smitty’s Car Wash and Celina Hills Plaza. The building pad was graded in 2026, and the leasing brochure lists a July 2027 delivery. With a veterinary finish-out after that, the opening is forecast for Q4 2027.
