Preston Prime Plaza District Information
Preston Prime Plaza is an 11,436 sq. ft. retail building under way at 1350 S. Preston Rd., between Smitty’s Car Wash and Celina Hills Plaza. LiveWell Animal Hospital has leased the 3,350 sq. ft. south end cap, and the remaining space is available for lease through DuWest.
The building pad was graded in July 2026, and the leasing brochure lists a July 2027 delivery.
