Dash Nail Spa has leased a 2,902 sq. ft. space on the far-left end cap of Retail A in Phase II of The Creeks at Celina, at Frontier Parkway and the Dallas North Tollway. Site prep for Phase II was underway in October 2026, and the leasing brochure lists a Q2 2027 building delivery. With a salon finish-out after that, the opening is forecast for Q3 2027. District Highlights
The Creeks at Celina is a Weitzman retail center on the northwest corner of the Dallas North Tollway and Frontier Parkway, set along a pond on the north side of Frontier. Phase I is two buildings at 2700 and 2720 W. Frontier Pkwy. with dental, wellness, a barbershop and Capo’s Pizza & Pasta open, and Haraz Coffee House close to opening.
Phase II adds two more buildings to the west, Retail A and Retail B, for Q2 2027 delivery. Dash Nail Spa is the first tenant announced for Phase II.
