Celina Business Park is an industrial flex park at 8176 FM 2478 (Custer Road), on the Celina and McKinney border in unincorporated Collin County. It is developed by TX Business Parks, which leases units from 1,600 to 16,000 sq. ft. and sells lots and build-to-suit buildings.
