As a cornerstone of Celina’s southern retail corridor, this Costco features a full-service pharmacy, optical center, hearing aid clinic, and a massive 15,000 sqft. 10-stack fuel station. The site is designed to serve a rapidly densifying trade area where the population has surged past 50,000, integrating the warehouse into a master-planned hub that includes 750 residential units, walkable green spaces, and future major retailers like Lowe’s.
