Five Guys is bringing its cult-following burgers and fries to Celina’s high-growth corridor. Set to occupy a prime inline space in the future “Shops C” strip, this location will feature their signature red-and-white tiled interior and sacks of peanuts. Once constructed, it will sit adjacent to the new Costco, serving as a key lunch and dinner stop for shoppers and residents of the Ownsby Farms community.

While the eastern side (The Crossing at Moore Farm) focuses on home improvement and fitness, The Village is anchored by high-volume destination retail, most notably Celina’s first Costco Wholesale. The district is designed with a “power center” layout, featuring large-format anchors in the rear and a dense lineup of premium fast-casual dining on the pad sites.
