District Highlights
Heritage Business Park is a 58.6-acre flex warehouse park on N. Louisiana Drive north of downtown Celina, between Louisiana and County Road 58. Brown & Griffin Real Estate Advisors markets it as Celina 58, with 16 warehouse buildings planned for contractor shops, sports training, showrooms, and other uses that need overhead doors and open floor space.
Phase I, four buildings along Louisiana Drive, is complete. Fitness and family businesses moved in first, with Turbo Metabolic Training, All4Celina, We Rock the Spectrum, and Burn Boot Camp open in 2026 and NexLevel Living and WIA Performance Center building out. Grading for Phase II began in July 2026.
