Injectology Medical Spa is relocating from 3248 S. Preston Rd. #130 to Suite #114, the west end of Building 4 at Creekside Celina Office Park, 3925 S. Preston Rd. The injectables and aesthetics practice had its storefront sign up at the new location by June 2026, and the move is forecast to finish in Q4 2026.

Creekside Celina Office Park is a 13.68-acre medical and professional office park on the northwest corner of Preston Road and Laughlin Lane, south of The Village at Ownsby Farms. Legacy Commercial Realty is selling and leasing finished suites across twelve single-story buildings.
Phase I, Buildings 1 through 4 along the north and east edges, is complete, with several practices open and Solomon Plastic Surgery, Nexus Mind & Medical Center, Celina Primary Pediatric Care, Astoria Health, Injectology Medical Spa, and Preferred Dermatology preparing to open. Phase II grading and site work were underway in fall 2026 for Buildings 5 through 12, which deliver in pairs from December 2026 through June 2027. The Preston Road frontage is planned for memory care, assisted living, and a small office building.
