The Home Depot is expanding its footprint in North Texas with a new 106,000-square-foot superstore in Celina. Located at the strategic northwest corner of Preston and Ownsby, this location creates a “Home Improvement Hub” by positioning itself directly across the street from a new Lowe’s. The store will feature a massive 28,000-square-foot outdoor garden center, a dedicated Pro Desk, and a tool rental center to serve the region’s booming residential construction market.

The district is designed with a “power center” layout, featuring large-format anchors in the rear and a dense lineup of premium fast-casual dining on the pad sites.
