Club Car Wash, an express car wash chain, registered a project with the state on July 28, 2025 for 3500 S. Preston Rd., listing construction from October 15, 2025 to July 15, 2026. That window has passed with no construction at the site, so the project appears delayed. We will update this listing when work starts or new filings appear.
