Sungrowth Retail Center District Information
Sungrowth Retail Center is a four-building retail center at the northwest corner of Coit Road and Punk Carter Parkway, totaling about 44,000 sq. ft. The plan includes a quick-service restaurant building with a drive-thru on the hard corner, a building of about 11,500 sq. ft. sized for a large dine-in restaurant or grocer, and shop space from about 2,100 sq. ft., with patio dining. It is being marketed to restaurants, retail shops, and medical and service businesses.
Ground broke in summer 2026, and by October the pad was cleared and graded with utilities staged. There is no formal delivery date yet; based on the work so far, we’re forecasting a Q2 to Q3 2027 window for the first tenants. No tenants have been announced. The map outline is approximate.
