Preston Plaza covers about 11 acres of Preston Road frontage at the northwest corner of Preston Road and Frontier Parkway. The finished Ashton Gray building is leased to Dumont Creamery & Cafe, FedEx Office and Bellini Nail Bar, and Take 5 Oil Change and Mavis Tires & Brakes both opened in 2026.
An 18,909 sq. ft. retail building is planned at 4295 S. Preston Rd. on the north end, with Matthews leasing space from 1,500 to 21,000 sq. ft.
