Central Plaza District Information
Central Plaza is a SHOP Companies development on the northwest corner of Preston Road and Frontier Parkway, between Starbucks and McDonald’s on the Frontier Parkway frontage. It sits on the main route between Light Farms, Frontier Estates, and Prosper High School.
The project pairs two single-story retail buildings with a two-story medical office building around a landscaped courtyard. Both retail buildings had their facades complete as of October 2026. Shops A at 200 W. Frontier Pkwy. has The Brunch District, Petbar, and Costa Vida, plus a suite at lease. Shops B at 220 W. Frontier Pkwy. has Chicken Salad Chick in the drive-thru end cap, Mountain Mike’s Pizza, a Mediterranean concept, a bagel shop, and one 1,500 sq. ft. space available.

Registered with TDLR for 220 W. Frontier Pkwy. #100, the 2,230 sq. ft. drive-thru end cap on the west end of Shops B, with an opening forecast for Q2 2027.
Still to Come
Shops B has a Mediterranean concept, a bagel shop and one 1,500 sq. ft. space left. A Shops A suite is at lease, and up to 10,000 sq. ft. of medical office is planned behind.
