Celina Hills Plaza District Information
Celina Hills Plaza is a medical and professional development on Peaks View Lane. Its first tenants are healthcare practices: Centers for Advanced ENT, Heart & Mind MD, and Articella Primary Care.
The site plan shows nine single-story buildings around a central parking field just east of Preston Road, behind Smitty’s Car Wash. Spaces run from about 1,400 to 6,300 sq. ft. Buildings 1 and 8 delivered in May 2026 as cold dark shells, and Buildings 2 and 7 are scheduled for August 2027. Buildings 1 through 3 front Peaks View Lane on the east side, Buildings 4 through 6 face Valley View Lane on the south, and Buildings 7 through 9 have Summit View and Range View Lane addresses.

Buildings 2 and 7 are next, with delivery scheduled for August 2027. Suite #100 in Building 7 is under LOI, and the 3,000 sq. ft. Suite #110 is available.
