Celina Crossing District Information
The Offices at Celina Crossing is a 47-unit office and medical condominium park on a 21.8-acre site at the southwest corner of Coit Road and Ownsby Parkway, listed at 1215 E. Ownsby Pkwy. Unlike most projects we track, the suites are being sold to business owners and investors rather than leased, in sizes from 1,170 to 2,273 sq. ft. across 13 buildings. Medical buyers can choose a move-in ready suite or a shell to build out.
Cloudloft Development, which has built similar office condo parks in McKinney and Fort Worth, is the developer. Grading and excavation started in September 2026, and the pad was graded with silt fence up by October. Delivery is planned for 2027. No buyers or tenants have been announced yet.
