Passion Dance Center, a family-owned dance studio, is set to open its doors this Spring. Boasting over 9,000 square feet, this space is designed to be far more than just ‘rooms with mirrors’.

The date is set. According to their official site, they are accepting patients starting February 24th. The permanent signage is up and the team is ready to go.

The owner confirmed they are targeting an opening in the next 2 weeks. They purchased the building and have been overhauling the interior ever since.
Capo's Pizza & Pasta
Target Opening: Early March 2026
We spoke with the owner, and they are targeting an Early March opening. The ovens are installed and they are entering the final punch-list phase.
Turbo Metabolic Training
Target Opening: Early March 2026
Another owner-confirmed update: This new strength training concept is aiming for an Early March opening. Equipment is moving in now for a Q1 launch.
My Swim Buddy
Target Opening: Mid March 2026
Their team recently dropped a virtual tour of the new facility. They confirmed they are eyeing a Mid-March opening, just in time for pre-summer prep.

Early Intel & Site Updates
- Tenant Shake Up – The Village at Ownsby Farms original site plans had Blaze Pizza slated in at Shops B, but updated leasing materials now show it has been replaced with Luna Grill Mediterranean Kitchen.
- Site Prep Underway – Dirt work is intensifying at Preston Crossroads, the NEC of Frontier & Preston. Crews are actively grading the Discount Tire pad, while utility trenching is now underway at the future Sprouts site.
- Frontier & Preston Updates – Construction has gone vertical on a new retail strip at Celina Center, the NWC, featuring a Hydralive Therapy and Dumont Creamery & Cafe. Immediately next door, the standalone Take 5 Oil Change shell is complete with permanent signage now installed.
