Arby’s

Arby’s is a 2,332 sqft. ground-up restaurant and remains a “paper project” at the Preston Crossroads development. While state filings and local media suggested a construction start in late 2025, the pad remains untouched. Once mobilized, the site will feature a modern Arby’s prototype with a high-capacity drive-thru, serving the dense residential growth coming from Frontier and the surrounding South Celina master-planned communities.
