The project involves the construction of a high-end aquatics center featuring 14 specialized teaching stations, private changing rooms, and a climate-controlled environment tailored for one-on-one lessons. Following their successful model in Prosper, the site broke ground in late 2025 and is currently in the initial land preparation phase.
